1. Who we are

This website is operated by 1DP Investment Management Ltd ("1DP", "we", "us"), the data controller. Registered office: Epsilon House, Enterprise Road, Southampton Science Park, Southampton SO16 7NS. 2. Scope

This policy covers personal data processed through this website. It does not cover the Investor Portal operated by our Fund Administrator, Alchelyst Limited, at investorportal.alchelyst.com; that service is governed by its own privacy notice.

3. What this website does not do

This is a static website. It does not use cookies or similar tracking technologies, does not run third-party analytics or advertising, does not operate a newsletter or marketing sign-up, and does not ask for or collect special-category data (such as health data).

4. The personal data we process, and why

(a) Professional-investor gate confirmations. The site is directed only at professional clients and eligible counterparties. When you select "I confirm" or "I do not qualify", we record the date and time, your IP address, your selection, and a randomly generated per-session reference. We record this for both selections, including where you decline.

• Purpose: to evidence that we restrict the promotion of a non-mainstream pooled investment (an unregulated collective investment scheme) to permitted persons, and to control access to the site.
• Lawful basis: compliance with our legal and regulatory obligations under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 and the FCA rules; and our legitimate interests in operating a compliant, access-restricted financial-promotion website and in keeping records to demonstrate that compliance.
• Retention: 6 years from the date of the confirmation, after which it is deleted.

(b) Server and security logs. Our web server records standard technical information for each request (IP address, date and time, the page or resource requested, and browser/user-agent) to operate, secure and maintain the availability of the site.

• Lawful basis: our legitimate interests in the security, integrity and availability of the site and in preventing misuse.
• Retention: general access logs are retained for 90 days and then deleted; gate-confirmation records are retained for 6 years as set out in (a).

(c) Enquiries. If you contact us (for example by emailing hello@1dp.com), we process the contact details and the content you provide in order to respond and to keep a record of the correspondence.

• Lawful basis: our legitimate interests in responding to and managing enquiries; and, where relevant, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
• Retention: for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and any resulting relationship, then per our retention schedule.

5. Who we share your data with

We share personal data only with: our hosting and infrastructure provider, who processes it on our behalf under contract; our professional advisers; and regulators, courts or other authorities where we are legally required to do so. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for third-party marketing.

6. International transfers

Our website infrastructure is located in the United Kingdom. We do not routinely transfer personal data collected through this website outside the UK. The Investor Portal is operated by Alchelyst Limited; see its own notice for its transfer position.

7. Automated decision-making

The gate simply records the selection you make. We do not carry out solely automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects concerning you (within the meaning of Article 22 UK GDPR).

8. Your rights

Subject to the conditions in data-protection law, you have the right to access your personal data; to have it rectified or erased; to restrict or object to its processing (including processing based on our legitimate interests); and to data portability. To exercise any of these, contact hello@1dp.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

Where we keep gate-confirmation records to meet our regulatory record-keeping obligations, we may be unable to erase them before the 6-year retention period ends.

9. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including HTTPS for the website, restricted access to logs, and access controls on our systems.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version and its effective date will always appear on this page.
